Raise AMR Awareness
Antimicrobial resistance (AMR) affects us all, and tackling it requires collective action. AMR Aware Canada is a national initiative dedicated to building knowledge, sharing practical tools, and inspiring Canadians to take part in the global movement against AMR.
Join our campaign during World Antimicrobial Awareness Week (WAAW, Nov 18 – 24) to help raise AMR awareness in Canada!

Go Blue for AMR
As part of WAAW, the global “Go Blue for AMR” campaign unites people and landmarks around the world in blue to shine a light on antimicrobial resistance.
Across Canada, AMR Aware Canada encourages organizations and individuals to take part — by lighting up landmarks, wearing blue, or sharing blue-themed content to show your commitment to the cause on November 24.
Check out our interactive map of landmarks going blue during WAAW!
Use the “Go Blue” graphics below and tag your activities to raise visibility and spark conversation.
